DESCRIPTION:
Lapas hunting in the clear waters of the Pico island in Azores.
Limpet locally known as “lapa brava or lapa” Patela aspera is one of the two species of limpets collected for human consumption in the Azores. Lapas (limpets) are eaten live or raw or roasted with a marinade of herbs, olive oil and garlic, accompanied with a loaf of bread and red wine.
It is for each what treatment they choose, but both options, row as well as roasted, are delicious and excellent dinner. Yummy.

Qualified and experienced guide, basic instruction of snorkeling, wetsuit, diving mask and snorkel, flippers, gloves, bag for lapas, fish knife

Tasting of caught Lapas (Limpets) served with brad and red wine. According to the client´c wishes the Limpets "Lapas" will be roasted

DON'T FORGET:
Appropriate footwear on lava rock, dry clothes to change into in case of high waves during the movement of the surrounding lava lotion, convenient shoes, swimsuit and sunscreen.
